Project Description:

 

The Gianni Residence was the product of an collaborative project during our first year winter semester of our Architectural Technology program. We were tasked with designing and drawing a model home for

our ‘client’. We were able to collaborate as partners to design this home on a very narrow lot, while working

with the parameters given to ensure the most efficient use of space was utilized. The following images highlight

the floor plans and conceptiual drawings involved in the project.
